The PLO's Ten Point Program

by WikiPeace editor  21.01.2013 Affected by the events following the Yom Kippur War, the PLO formulated a plan towards establishing national institutions as infrastructure to exist in interim until Palestine can be liberated. Although the plan was seen in Israel as a danger to its existence, the plan caused the secession of radical factions from the PLO since they interpreted the plan as too conciliatory towards Israel.
